In order to provide the optimal service for our clients, we ask that you read through and abide by our policies before booking an appointment. If you booked an in-person session, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you booked a distance Reiki session, we will send you Reiki at the appropriate time, or the session can be conducted via Zoom. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you automatically forfeit that appointment time and will not be refunded.   

Must be 18 or older in order to book an appointment.   

Reiki Sessions We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel any session in order to receive a 50% refund.  If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance of your session, then you will not receive a refund. No exceptions. Qualified Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of cancellation.  

Non-refundable prepayment via PayPal is required for all appointments. If you are unable to use PayPal for any reason, you may call our office to prepay at 408-883-9363.
