Appointment Timing
For online sessions, please be ready at the scheduled time, as sessions will be conducted via Zoom. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be forfeited, and refunds will not be issued.

Reservation Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older to book an appointment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Energy Healing Sessions)

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund. When applicable, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Payment Policy
A non-refundable prepayment via Zelle is required for all appointments. If you are unable to use Zelle, please contact our office at 408-883-9363 to arrange an alternative payment method.
